DIY "Cheesy Taste"

Processing/blending cashews, nutritional yeast, and red bell pepper will make your dish taste cheesy.

Feeling lazy?  Just use the nutritional yeast and maybe some type of fat but the above combo actually tastes like cheese.

I don't digest nuts very well but if you can this is yummy.
Refrigerate for  Hard cheese


  • 1 cups cashews, soaked 12 to 14 hours

/ grind
  • add
  • 1 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1/4 red Bell Pepper/ ground
